Clive Cussler, #1 New York Times Best-Selling Author, Grand Master of Adventure

clive-cussler-2Clive Cussler began writing novels in 1965 and published his first work featuring his continuous series hero, Dirk Pitt®, in 1973. Cussler’s books have been published in more than 40 languages in more than 100 countries.

Cussler is an internationally recognized authority on shipwrecks and the founder of the National Underwater  and Marine Agency, (NUMA) a 501C3 non-profit organization (named after the fictional Federal agency in his novels) that dedicates itself to preserving American maritime and naval history. He and his crew of marine experts and NUMA volunteers have discovered more than 60 historically significant underwater wreck sites. In addition to being the Chairman of NUMA, Cussler is also a fellow in both the Explorers Club of New York and the Royal Geographic Society in London.

A noted collector of classic automobiles, Clive owns over 100 of the finest examples of custom coachwork and 50’s convertibles to be found anywhere.

Robin Burcell, Crime Fiction/Thriller Novelist, Anthony/Barry Award Winner


Robin Burcell spent nearly three decades working in law enforcement as a police officer, hostage negotiator, criminal investigator and FBI Academy-trained forensic artist. She is the award-winning author of the Kate Gillespie police procedural series, the Sydney Fitzpatrick thriller series, a Streets of San Francisco novel, and is now writing thrillers with international best-selling author Clive Cussler. Pirate, their first co-written book, was released September 2016. They’re currently working on the next in that series.

Burcell has appeared on several true-crime television episodes as a commentator and even did a “forensic” sketch from a witness’s description of “Baby Big Foot” for the Icon Films television series, Bigfoot Files, which appeared on BBC and Bigfoot: The New Evidence, which appeared in the U.S. on the National Geographic channel.

Jill Marr graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in English with an emphasis in creative writing and a minor in history. She has a strong Internet and media background and nearly 15 years of publishing experience. She wrote features and ads for Pages, the literary magazine for people who love books, and continues to write book ads for publishing houses, magazine pieces, and promotional features for television.

After writing ad copy and features for published books for years, she knows how to find the “hook” and sell it.

Jill is interested in commercial fiction, with an emphasis on mysteries, thrillers, romantic suspense and horror, women’s commercial fiction and historical fiction. She is also looking for non-fiction by authors who are getting their work published regularly and who have a realistic sense of the market and their audience. Holly Lörincz, Developmental Editor, Collaborative Writer

Holly Lörincz, a member in good standing with the Editorial Freelancers Association, has been editing for twenty years, officially establishing Lörincz Literary Services in 2010. Her specialty is developmental editing and collaborative writing, working on both fiction and non-fiction books with clients such as Deborah Reed, Jennifer Lauck, Vincent Zandri, Ann Tatlock, and MacGregor Literary Agency authors.

Lörincz’s first novel, Smart Mouth, won a Bronze Ippy and has been optioned for a TV series, as has her second, collaborative novel, The Everything Girl (Skyhorse, summer 2018). Step By Step Pitches And Proposals: A Workbook For Writers and How Do I Find A Literary Agent?
